“Excellent” I stayed for 3 nights and was very impressed. The hotel is located in the city center, and the equipment in the room is complete, although there is no hairdryer, but you can request one at the counter. There is a treadmill and a swimming pool on the 2nd floor that you can use. The most impressive part was the young staff at the counter; they provided good service and spoke nicely. The housekeeper was lovely too, making me feel like I was at home. The auntie housekeeper reminded me of my mother.

The location is super convenient, especially when travelling with big and heavy luggage — it’s so much easier to get to the train station without having to carry everything too far. The room is spacious and comfortable, and the price is very reasonable for what you get. Definitely good value for money. Nothing fancy, but it’s practical, comfortable and convenient. I’ll definitely stay here again whenever I’m taking the train from Hat Yai.

“Great place to stay to catch the train. ” We stayed because of its proximity to the train station. The reception staff were very sweet and kind, helpful when we were asking questions. The hotel is being renovated, so it looks a little messy in some parts. The room itself was spacious and the beds were firm. Water pressure in the bathroom is amazing for showing, but the drain is a little slow so you have to shut the water off when you are soaping up. You can hear some noise from the train station, but it isn’t too bad. Great value for the price. I’d stay again.

For pillows, there are only 2 per room, and increasing that would enhance customer comfort. Nevertheless, I want to commend the security staff for their excellent service; they are very polite and attentive to customers. 🙏✨ This place offers 100% halal food, which I really like. I will definitely come back.

“Excellent location and clean rooms” Within walking distance to lee garden night market (~1min) and Kim yong market (5min). I was able to get connecting rooms for my party of 3, and the rooms itself are spacious, clean and comfortable. 1 room have a couch and low table, another has a couple of chair with a small table. Both have bathtub which is also the shower area with curtains. The shower head is fixed, but water pressure is good. Housekeeping comes by daily with 2 bottles of water, and are friendly despite the language barrier. Front desk asked for rm200 deposit. Cons: rooms are so close to lee garden that you can hear some music bass at night, so it may not be pleasant for people who sleep before 12am. Personally the boom boom boom did not bother me but it affected another member of my party who was more sensitive to sounds. Another thing is they don’t offer toothbrush and toothpaste, so bring your own. Got shampoo, soap and cotton buds.

There are plenty of tuk-tuks available just outside the hotel, and lots of restaurants, cafés, convenience stores, and shopping spots are all within walking distance. One thing I really appreciated was the parking. If you're driving, there's a dedicated parking area with 24-hour security, so you can leave your car without worrying. The room was comfortable, the location couldn't be better, and everything you need is nearby. Honestly, I'd give this hotel a 10/10. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Hat Yai. Highly recommended!

The front desk staff came running to help carry my bags right from the front of the hotel, quick check-in. The corner room looks spacious, has a work desk, and the hairdryer has weak airflow. The bathroom separates the soaking tub and the shower, equipped with bar soap, liquid soap, a razor, cotton swabs, and a shower cap. Quick check-out, and in the morning in front of the hotel, there are goods for sale, with food available in the morning market.

“A lovely hotel.” I really like this hotel. It has a minimalist decoration style with a Korean touch combined with Japanese Muji. The atmosphere is beautiful, and every corner is perfect for photography. Upon checking in, there is a welcome drink service. The staff is also very friendly. The attention to detail is excellent. For tourists from Malaysia, there are electrical outlets that accommodate directly, so there’s no need to bring a plug adapter, which is super convenient. What impressed me the most is that usually, hotels allow check-in at 2 PM, but we arrived early, so we consulted the staff. Fortunately, the room we booked was available due to a check-out, so they kindly allowed us to check in at noon without any additional charge (in other places, there might be an Early Check-in fee). I highly recommend Casa 33 Hatyai. It’s really great!

“Casa Living Review” I changed my flight at the last minute and finally found a vacancy at Casa, so I quickly made a reservation and headed straight to the hotel from the dock. The room was very tidy, and the exterior view was beautiful, with a pure white main structure complemented by European-style architecture and wooden furniture, all giving a very high-quality feel. The garden view was also very nice, with a pool and café downstairs. The front desk service was excellent; I even forgot my bag at the hotel when I left and asked the front desk to arrange for it to be sent back.
