“Exceptional” It's a hotel with a great location and spacious rooms. The staff is friendly and attentive. If I come to Krabi again, I will stay here. It's very convenient, right on the main road. There is a coffee shop in the hotel, a 7-Eleven, a hair salon, restaurants, and a tour car service right in front of the hotel.

“Very impressed.” The hotel is not far from the beach; a leisurely walk takes about 10 minutes. The rooms are not very soundproof, so if there's noise outside, you can hear it. The hotel has only one elevator, which is quite small, so you might have to wait sometimes. The breakfast selection is not very extensive, but the taste is good. What impressed me the most was the service from the staff. Everyone I encountered was cheerful, greeting with a smile and a wai, and always ready to help. If anything was missing or needed, or if there were any issues, they were always available to assist. If I go back to Krabi, I would probably stay there again because the other experiences I had were not considered problems for us, as we were mainly impressed with the service.

“Exceptional” Stayed at Deevana Plaza Krabi Aonang and it was a comfortable, easy stay. Relaxed resort vibe, very child-friendly, and the staff were helpful also special mention to JoY who provided very good assistance throughout. Good balance of location and calm—simple, smooth, and enjoyable.

“A bit far away, but close and cost-effective, La Playa!” My younger sibling didn't make it in the top 2, but I would say that La Playa is worth mentioning for its cost-effectiveness. It has a spacious balcony, a drying rack, and a nice view. After swimming here, I had ramen. I visited in October, and there were no bugs or mosquitoes. The breakfast was neat, and the air conditioning was working well, making it comfortable to eat. A bird was trying to come in, but a staff member kindly chased it away and checked on us frequently. There were many staff members who were shy and not very good at English, but it was a pleasant breakfast atmosphere nonetheless. The pool is large, and since there weren’t many guests, it was just us and an older couple. It did rain, though... The water quality was clean, and you could see the pool from the room, making it convenient for playing outside. I don't understand why fewer people visit La Playa. The rooms are larger than those in other hotels, making it easy to store luggage, the overall hygiene is commendable, the breakfast is decent, and the pool is great. The lobby is really beautiful, exuding a Thai vibe! However, since there aren’t many guests, it does feel a bit empty. Nevertheless, considering the price range, it’s a hotel I would likely visit again if I go back to Krabi.

“Good breakfast. Comfy beds” Pros: Good selection of breakfast, huge area with pool view. Comfy beds. Walking distance to restos, 7-11, massage, but a bit far from the central area on foot. Our kids enjoyed the pool while adults enjoyed the pool bar. Spacious rooms. Bid beds for a family with 2 small kids. Strong water pressure but a bit hard to control hot water in one of the rooms. Resto staff very nice. Cons: Booked 3 superior rooms for 4 nights. We were given rooms towards the end which is far from the lift. 1 room has AC issues so we had to transfer to another room to sleep, and since the 1st room was not fixed yet the next day, we had to bring all our stuff as well which was a hassle. No bidet, but we were given a pail and a bowl. Not flexible on late checkouts even on weekdays.

“Good location, reasonable price.” We booked both the old building and the new building for a little over 70,000 won, and of course the new building is better. It's more expensive on Agoda with the Premier option. The location is walkable to nearby restaurants, night markets, the beach, and the long-tail boat station. In the morning, there's always a bit of a disappointment. The swimming pool is nice. Sometimes there are ants in the room. They charge 500 won per hour for a late check-out, but they give a bit of a discount on-site, haha.

“Krabi Gem!” BlueSotel Krabi was a great stay. The hotel is extremely clean, and the service was consistently excellent. The location is also very convenient—Ao Nang Beach is close by, with food and drink vendors directly across the street and plenty of shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. The pool is fantastic and has a great pool bar, and the breakfast was pretty good with plenty to choose from. One of my favorite things about the hotel, though, is the setting. The limestone cliffs in the background are absolutely beautiful and give the hotel a distinctly Krabi feel. Overall, a very comfortable, clean, well-located hotel with great service. I would definitely stay here again.J

“Nice holiday ” The room was very clean, quiet, and spacious. The bed felt soft and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The staff at the front desk were polite and helped us find good local restaurants. The location is close to the city center, making it very easy to walk to shops and sights. “Suite room” The room is clean and located in a great area of Ao Nang. The staff provide excellent service, whether it’s the welcome drink or the bellboy carrying the bags. The atmosphere inside the hotel lives up to being in the heart of Ao Nang. The spacious cleanliness is suitable for couples traveling for a sweet getaway. I deduct 1 star because I feel the breakfast is very limited. This is not our first stay, but it’s the second or third time. 🥺🥺

“Exceptional” Whoever visits Krabi, I highly recommend this place. The location is great, it's not far to drive to Ao Nang Beach and Thara Rattana. There's a 7-Eleven nearby for easy ordering. Grab service is readily available and delivers right to the lobby entrance. The hotel is very clean. We stayed with three people, and they provided two beds, which were very comfortable. The beds are just the right size, the bathroom is clean with a clearly separated wet zone, and there are plenty of amenities available: water, refrigerator, electric kettle, hairdryer, TV, and even a mat, which is uncommon. They also offered umbrellas. Our room was in the section adjacent to the pool on the second floor, with a view of the mountains. The view is very beautiful. Even though our room was next to the elevator, there was no disturbing noise at all. I was impressed with everything, from the reception staff who were very helpful, polite, and friendly, always smiling during our meetings, to the restaurant. Wow, there's a variety of food both Thai and international, including Thai desserts, which are very delicious. You can either serve yourself or order dishes from the chef, and they make them fresh from the menu available that day. The restaurant staff were lovely too. Overall, I'm impressed with everything and if I were to return to Krabi, I would choose to stay here again. It's definitely worth much more than the price. 🩷🙏 If anyone wants to ride a ferry, there's a service at the front of the hotel for booking trips to other islands. Prices depend on the island and the boat you want to take, but I recommend inquiring at the beach for any additional services you might want beyond the tours offered.

“A hotel that satisfies everything.” The staff at the reception is very friendly. They lend slippers and umbrellas according to the number of people in the room. The location is not far from Ao Nang Beach and very close, and the hygiene is really good. During my 3-night stay, I had food in the room, and not a single cockroach showed up. The room is spacious enough and the bed is also large. In particular, the water pressure is strong and the water quality is good. In other places, the shower filter turned black within a day and I had to change it every day, but here the shower filter was fine for all three days, so I continued to use it. The swimming pool is also very large, making it great for swimming. I think this is the best choice for this price range.

“The perfect resort for family trips with children.” I stayed for 3 nights with my 4-year-old and 2-year-old. In conclusion, it was amazing. If I have the chance to come to Krabi again, I would like to use this place again. Price: ⭐️5 A double bed + extra bed with breakfast included for just over 40,000 yen for 3 nights. It seems like it would cost three times that in Japan. Location: ⭐️5 There are several convenience stores, pharmacies, coin laundries, and restaurants within a 5-minute walk. It takes about 15 minutes to get to the beach, but it's just a few minutes by taxi (around 70-80 baht). Cleanliness: ⭐️5 Overall, it was very clean, and I never felt uncomfortable. The restroom was clean, and there were no issues with the temperature or water pressure of the shower. The pool and dining area were also clean. Staff: ⭐️5 Their English has a bit of an accent which makes it somewhat hard to understand, but they are always smiling and full of hospitality. Additionally, not just at this hotel, Thai people are incredibly affectionate towards children.

“Fun and happy” A fun and family-friendly resort! The water slides and swimming pools are exciting and provide plenty of entertainment for both children and adults. The location is very convenient, with many restaurants, foot massage shops, and a 7-Eleven all within 100 meters of the resort. Parking can be a bit challenging during peak hours, but the resort provides an alternative parking area further away, along with a shuttle service for guests' convenience. This was our fourth stay at this resort, which speaks for itself. We keep coming back because of the great facilities, convenient location, and enjoyable atmosphere. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

“Room review” The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. The water park is large with many fun attractions for kids. On the day we stayed, it was quite busy, so we had to park in another location a bit far away, but there was a shuttle service provided. The food options were diverse. Overall, it was okay, and I would go back for more service.

“The accommodation and front desk service are both great!” This is my second stay at this hotel. This time, the area outside the hotel is much livelier than it was three years ago, and parking spaces are more limited. As soon as we entered the hotel lobby, the reception staff Ms. Teng and Ms. Liver warmly greeted us with friendliness. One of the rooms was even upgraded for free to a poolside room, allowing direct access to the swimming pool from the room's terrace, which is fantastic! The next morning, another staff member at the front desk, Ms. Pena, was also very warm and friendly and spoke excellent English. There is also a convenience store nearby, and it takes about a 10-minute walk to reach the beach.

“Great accommodation experience.” I stayed here a few years ago and came back after a few years. This time, I stayed for five days and was upgraded to a suite. The hygiene service experience was very satisfactory. The pool experience was great, and the hotel has a bar at night with live band performances every other day. The free bicycles and beach mats provided us with a lot of convenience. The cleaning staff were very polite, especially Prae at the front desk, who had an excellent service attitude. The hotel's location is good; there are plenty of places to eat and 7-Elevens nearby, and it takes about ten minutes to walk to the beach or the night market.

“Ao Nang” I can't remember which time this is for my stay, but I'm impressed every time. It feels like resting at a vacation home with friends who take care of you. The staff are the sweetest, the service standard is excellent, and the breakfast and coffee are really good. No matter how many times I come to Ao Nang, I always choose this place.

“Good atmosphere, near the sea.” The atmosphere is nice, the hotel is very clean, and it has complete facilities. It is close to Ao Nang beach and next to several famous restaurants. There is a private pool that the kids really love. We have been there three times already. Highly recommend!

“Great hotel, close to road and beach” We liked the adjoining rooms. A good size and equipped with kettle, tea coffee, toiletries etc. The pool was nice and there was a bar and seats next to it. The lady selling tourist trips was very helpful in booking us a taxi to the airport. The breakfast was basic (250 thb pp if not included in your booking) but it was quiet when we stayed (end of July). The location was great. Just up from the beach and set back from the main drag so quiet enough. The launderette just outside the hotel was very good too (we dropped in a bag of dirty clothes early one morning and collected after 5pm the next day for 50thb per kilo). Didn't try the weight room but it looked like it had a good range of equipment. Everything was functional and tidy although not brand new looking (odd cracks and marks here and there but clean and comfortable). Would recommend

“Good hotel.” Stay: 25 July 2026 – 26 July 2026 Very pleasant stay at Krabi Heritage Hotel in Ao Nang. The hotel is very clean and well maintained, and the staff are friendly and helpful. We couldn’t have the breakfast buffet as we were late, but the staff kindly packed some food and fruits for us, which was very thoughtful. Thank you for that great service. The location is also convenient, although you need to take a short walk to reach the beach and the Ao Nang night market. Pool is small but clean. Overall, a good experience and I would recommend this hotel.

The staff is friendly and can assist with booking island trips and arranging transportation. 4. The cost-performance ratio is outstanding; compared to other resorts along Ao Nang Beach at the same price point, the rates are friendly and suitable for extended stays. ⚠️ Drawbacks 1. It's not possible to walk directly to the beach; you need to take the hotel's shuttle bus. Walking to the beach takes about 10-12 minutes, and it can be tiring when dragging luggage. 2. Some rooms have limited storage space, with smaller wardrobes and fewer electrical outlets. Toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided, so it's advisable to bring your own. 3. The building is somewhat aged, and a few rooms may have peeling paint or slight limescale in the bathroom corners. Guests can check the rooms upon check-in; if unsatisfied, they can contact the front desk for a room change.
