The hotel pool is great for kids to play, and there is also a playground for children, making it suitable for families. The location is relatively remote, and there is no 7-11 nearby within walking distance, but taking a taxi is still very convenient.

“Accommodation review” The room is beautiful and clean, the shower and rain shower have strong water flow, the air conditioning is very cool, the bed is comfortable with multiple pillows, the pillows are so good that I need to buy some to take home. The mattress truly absorbs your soul. It's quiet and peaceful with no disturbing noise. The surrounding area of the hotel is beautiful and clean, and the staff are very good. There is enough parking space. Next time I come to Hat Yai, I will definitely stay here again and will try staying in a private pool villa as well.

The pool is very nice & safety for kids. Got kids club room for kids to play indoor. Sauna & gym in very good condition. The staff very friendly. But just one thing, the room must have door latch. This is for the safety reason.

“The station in the city center is convenient for shopping.” The service staff were very good, from the bellboy who took our bags to the reception staff. The room size was adequate, but the bathroom was very small, the water pressure was not strong, there were few electrical outlets, and the air conditioning could not adjust the strength and was noisy. The breakfast was very good, varied, and delicious. My favorite was the sticky rice with fried chicken from Hat Yai and the noodles.

“Near Central.” The room matches the description. The accommodation is clean, with a comfortable 5-foot bed. The bathroom is also clean, but the bidet has a leaking issue that needs improvement. The downside is that only one key card is provided. The front desk staff had a bit of a sour expression. The breakfast is delicious with a variety of options. It's close to Central Mall, just a short walk across a bridge. However, when I went to the nearby 7-Eleven, it was not open yet, and I had to walk a bit farther.

The location is great, the rooms are modern, spacious – offering a wide view outside – using two-layer curtains – the room is clean – feels relaxing – sleep soundly all night and feel safe. The staff is friendly and the service is good from the moment you check in. Breakfast (for us) still has some flaws every time (this time the breakfast was diverse but not delicious and a bit chaotic, but the staff was good).

I think you've done a great job with this, and your space is well-organized and a nice place to relax and unwind. I can see the dedication of the leadership here. Being here makes me feel like it’s not just a hotel, but more like a place that brings a good feeling. However, I noticed that in the bathroom of my room, I can hear the toilet from other rooms when they flush. I think this should be addressed. I would also like to see a basket for wet clothes at the swimming pool so that swimmers don’t have to go upstairs to check it in. If I have the opportunity, I will try the food here. Even though it’s a bit far from the city center, it brings a different kind of tranquility. Additionally, there are security personnel patrolling, which makes me feel safer. Oh, but there’s one more thing: the door only has a single lock. I think that's not very safe; there should be an additional level of security in the room. Other than that, I am very impressed. If someone asks, I will definitely recommend that they stay here. I hope this place can continue to be a home for its guests for a long time.

“It's a nice resort hotel for relaxing.” The location is poor, but taking a taxi from Hat Yai Airport is convenient. I recommend using Grab in the city center. The hotel facilities are good. There is a pool and a fitness room, and I was able to spend my time comfortably. I think it's a hotel with good cost performance.

“Good” We booked through Agoda and stayed in the second building. The first time we went there, we were confused and couldn't find it. The room was good, the bed was soft, and the water pressure was strong. The TV had internet streaming, but the internet connection dropped at times. The breakfast was good with fresh coffee, and we stayed for two nights without dim sum.

Parking agak susah dapat kalau ada dinner atau event tapi jangan risau sebab akan ada staff 3-4 orang yang akan carikkan parking untuk korang incase penuh. Breakfast rasanya tak halal. Tapi banyak tempat makan area sana.

The soundproofing is quite good for a hotel of this class. Not only is the noise from neighbors and above barely audible, but even voices in the hallway are not heard. Therefore, you can sleep well. The congee provided for breakfast in the lounge is quite good. The coffee machine that grinds beans can be used anytime, and you can bring the brewed coffee back to your room, which is very nice.

“Superb location, helpful staff” Superb location, walking distance to Lee Garden and Kim Yong Market. Staff is really helpful, allowing us to check in early. There is an iron at the hotel which is a plus. We can leave our bag at the reception after check out. Room is big and completed with amenities. The only drawback is the mattress is too hard.
