The unique thing about the room is that it's in a mezzanine-style building, but the area below is specifically for parking just for us. The room is spacious, and there's hot water too. You can also try halal steak close to this accommodation.

“Room for 2 people.” The room is suitable for 2 people. The air conditioning is cool and comfortable, and there is a water heater. The bed is approximately 5 feet wide. There is no refrigerator, and it is not suitable for children because there are stairs. There is parking available for private cars. Booking for 3 nights and 4 days for a graduation ceremony costs just over a thousand baht, which is considered a good deal.

“A quiet location in the middle of town!” Love this stay. It is a bit old but maintained so well and clean. Staffs were friendly and kind with great smiles too. Room is spacious and bathroom is very clean too but if it could be slight renovated to new tiled would be very nice. Highly recommended as value bargain, I ll be back for sure.

“Worth the money ” The room is spacious. Air con is cold. Location wise to city is within 10-15mins driving distance. There’s a mini Big C nearby the place. Just that the water pressure is low. Other than that everything is good.

“Clean and Value for Money ” Was given a room with a sheltered car porch below - mose useful since it was raining quite heavily. Have to climb a flight of stairs to the room above the car porch, so not wheelchair friendly, but I’m sure they have ground level rooms. Place is nice and quiet and we only heard the sound of rain - not cars. You’d need a car to get here, and it’s not near any food areas. Room is spacious and comes with a bar fridge. Aircon works well and water pressure is good. Had a very comfortable stay and will definitely pick this place in Hat Yai again.

“Convenience” Very convenient. There's a 7-Eleven nearby, so it's not difficult to grab something to eat at night. The bathroom has a water heater and the air conditioning is very comfortable as well. It's really worth the price.

“Exceptional” Comfortable room to sleep, with a wall fan as well as air conditioning. Just the water heater is not very hot. The best part is that each room has a parking space for one car. Overall okay, easy to deal with.

“Lovely hotel with friendly staffs” Things I like Clean room and value for money a lovely hotel but yet not in a strategic location. you need to walk to the main road (~10mins) and get a thuk thuk to town. not recommended for couple or solo traveller because you will be having problems to hire a thuk-thuk as they will charge you just to go to the town. it will be good if you come with bunch of friends says 8-10 persons! staffs were polite, we arrived there around 9:30am, never expect that they actually have our rooms ready and allowed us to check-in that early :) the room is clean and big. overall, we were satisfied with this hotel. “clean worth tje price but need own transport” Things I like clean Clean room. Just that the bed is hard n a bit difficult to communicate in english. I guess is still worth the price we paid. Worth to try if you are travel on budget and have your own transport.

It is very convenient to travel, being close to Big C Extra. There is a café next to the hotel. I stayed for 1 night because I brought my child to take an exam, and I wasn't too concerned about luxury; I prioritized being in the city.

It is a 10-minute walk to the train station, so it is very convenient. They gave me an early check-in as well. The staff are nice. The price was affordable. There is a minimarket just across the street.

The facilities are old, and the design is outdated, but they are properly cleaned, and the blankets are changed every night, keeping it clean. There is no noise. A 7-Eleven is right in front, so there is no shortage of anything. GRUB comes quickly, and there is a rental bike shop nearby as well. The staff are friendly and talk to you about various things. At night, the guard remains on duty, ensuring safety.
